Everton (2.82) Draw (3.62) Arsenal (2.63)

I was disappointed with Chelsea last week losing 2-0 to Everton. They deserved it though with an excellent Lukaku goal. Arsenal had a tough encounter with Barcelona. They're going through a bad patch. Losing to Barcelona was expected but their form has been really bad. They put out a decent team in the FAC Cup and still lost to Watford. I'm betting on a repeat of last week at Everton. I'll play safe though and go draw no bet at evens at Bet365.

Crystal Palace (3.2) Draw (3.45) Leicester (2.5)

Leicester keep on winning and the odds just are so great. Only 1-0 but they were good 1-0s if you know what I mean. Still can't believe they were 1.7 against Newcastle on Monday. Top of the table vs almost bottom. Palace have had indifferent form. They were quite lucky with a penalty to beat Reading in the FA Cup. Nice odds on the away win, 2.5 at Bet Victor

Swansea (1.7) Draw (3.88) Aston Villa (6.1)

Swansea disappointed with a 3-2 loss at Bournemouth. Shows they can score though, with Sigurdsson getting another. Villa lost their last two game to nil and are having massive troubles scoring. They are down and out and I think its wise to back against them all season now. Its 1.70 on the Swansea win.

Sunday 20th March 2016

Tottenham (1.57) Draw (4.5) Bournemouth (7.1)

Spurs put out another B side in the Europa League so will be fresh for this. They, along with Leicester are the form sides. Potentially 5 points behind they have to win to keep up. Bournemouth had a good win against Swansea but are just destined to be mid-table. Only can see a routine home win here at 1.57 at William Hill

Man City (1.87) Draw (3.75) Man Utd (4.75)

Bad times for City. Two 0-0 draws in games they should have easily won. Overall form has been terrible and to top if it off, they have lost their captain, Vincent Kompany. Man U are in turmoil too. Every week it seems its a must win game for Van Gaal. This is more of a bet against City but I am on Man U. 0-0 is a strong chance so I'll go for draw no bet at 3.25 at Bet365.

Betting tips 12th/ 13th March

Norwich (6) Draw (4.3) Man City (1.62)

Norwich are bottom of the last 5 form table. They just aren't good enough for this league. They've only lost by the odds goal but still, they are bad. City thumped Villa like I thought they would. I can see this being another routine win for them. It'll be 2 or 3-0. Odds are drifting for some reason but I can't see anything apart from a City win. Its 1.62 at most places.

Bournemouth (1.98) Draw (3.52) Swansea (4.5)

Two quite evenly matched teams here. Both are hovering just above the relegation zone but are probably both safe. What strikes me is the odds on the Bournmoth win. I'd have expected something like 2.2 so 1.98 is a bit low. I'd much rather be on Swansea on the Asian Handicap +0.5 at 1.95 at Bet365.

Everton (2.63) Draw (3.55) Chelsea (2.88)

I looked at this game earlier in the week. Chelsea were best price at 2.45. They drifted out to 3.1 and have come back in now to 2.88. Chelsea look like winners here. They gave PSG a decent game and now they are out of the Champions League, this is their season. Similar for Everton, this is it but I just think Chelsea are a better team. Everton seem to bottle things. Lucky for me last week, they were 2-0 up, missed a penalty and then lost 3-2. They were down to 10 men but they should have been able to hold on to a 2-0 lead for 10 minutes. Chelsea are 2.88 at Betfred.

England (1.53) Draw (23) Wales (3.2)

Probably the title decider. I have got England to win the lot but I changed my mind. I think Wales look good and have a full strength team. England will want revenge for the World Cup but I don't think they have it in them. It'll be close but at 3.2 Wales win is a great bet. Wales +6 at 2.0 on the handicap looks good as well.

Sunday 13th March 2016

Aston Villa (7.6) Draw (4.6) Tottenham (1.53)

Villa are down. Going to be backing against them every week I think. Spurs odds are decent I think. Spurs put out a B side against Dortmund on Thursday so they'll be well rested. After Europe they used to screw up but I don't think so this time. I like the Asian Handicap -1 at Betvictor at 1.87.

Arsenal (1.62) Draw (4.3) Watford (6.5)

Stay aware from this game until the team is announced. Arsenal play Barcelona next week so might hold back for that game.

Man Utd (2.01) Draw (3.62) West Ham (4.2)

Man U were shocking against Liverpool in the Europa league. I think they only had one shot on target an no corner kicks. They've definitely gone off the boil. West ham were lucky to beat Everton I suppose. 12 minutes to go and 2-0 down, they win 3-2. They have been in good form though, beating Spurs and Sunderland previously too. I think 4.2 is a good price for the away win. Bet at Betvictor

Premiership tips 5th/ 6th March

Saturday 5th March 2016

12:45 Tottenham (2.4) Draw (3.6) Arsenal (3.25)

Nice price on the home win here. Spurs could go top with a win. They could have won against West Ham and gone top but they couldn't make all that possession count. Arsenal come off the back of a couple of league defeats. Both were winnable against Swansea and Manchester United. Its not like the visit from Barcelona where they were expected to lose. Arsenal seem to always bottle it and this year seems no different. Spurs at 2.4 is a great price at Bet365.

15:00 Everton (1.75) Draw (4.2) West Ham (5.25)

Not sure whats going on with the odds here. As if Everton should be 1.75. Maybe something like 2.1. They have won 3 of their last 4 league games but two of them were against bottom and second to bottom teams. They have struggled against better teams. West Ham come from a win against Spurs. Well deserved too. They are only 1 point off 4th place. No way should they be 5.25 to win this. I'll go for the draw no bet at 4.0 at Bet Victor

15:00 Man City (1.22) Draw (7.7) Aston Villa (17)

Definitely one for the accumulator or a bet on the handicap. City have gone off the boil big time with 3 heavy league defeats in a row. Their title challenge is practically over. However, they still have a decent squad that can hammer weaker teams. Villa is one of those teams. They are down and out. Paddypower are offer -2 on the Asian Handicap at 2.1. Villa should get battered here.

17:30 Watford (3.06) Draw (3.45) Leicester (2.62)
Crazy odds here. If this were any of the top 4, odds would be around even money. Watford haven't been great but haven't been battered either. A couple of 1-0 losses against Man U and Spurs as well as a 0-0 to Chelsea. I just feel Leicester are a side that can hurt you on the counter attack with their style of football. They need something to get back their top spot if Spurs beat Arsenal earlier in the day. At the moment, Leicester is 2.62 at William Hill.

Sunday 6th March 2016

Both Sundays matches look iffy to me. Liverpool and Man U have both won their last 2 games so the bookies have priced them up like they are title contenders. At around even money I wouldn't want to be on either. Too inconsistent to be that price I think. I'll leave the games alone.
